Vista Pointe is a great facility! I have been “hired” to visit the residents with my miniature therapy horse, Sawdust, several times now, and both visits to Vista Pointe have been a very positive experience. Staff are welcoming, helpful, and make everything easy-from the booking experience, to the visit itself. Sawdust has visited hundreds of assisted living facilities, and we enjoyed the smaller, more intimate vibe of Vista Pointe-it allowed Sawdust to spend plenty of time visiting each resident. All of the residents seemed very happy, and we could tell they were very well cared for and their needs tended to, which is what everyone hopes for for their loved ones☺️

The worst place you can put your family members in and the staff and supervisors is unprofessional and very mean to the residents and the the owner never replies back to answer any questions u have about situations and that’s very poor management.
