LakeHouse Menomonee

LakeHouse Menomonee is an assisted living community in Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin that develops individual care plans tailored to each resident's needs and preferences. A full-time registered nurse is on-site five days a week and available 24 hours a day for clinical oversight and care coordination. Transportation is provided three days a week for medical appointments.
