The staff is very friendly and kind. Deb in the office is the girl Friday of the facility. She jumps in and helps all the time when need. She is the busiest person at the facility. I was looking forward to meeting the actively director.

We had a wonderful experience with this assisted living community recently. While visiting, the staff was kind, attentive, and truly seems to care about the residents. The facility is clean, comfortable, and has a warm, welcoming atmosphere. It gives peace of mind knowing our loved one is safe, happy, and well cared for. Highly recommend!

Lake House Assisted Living has made many new changes in the last year. They have remodeled the facility and the management staff has been there for quite awhile now. Many improvements made now with long term staff.

The building is very nice. But that is the only good thing about it. The staff is unbelievably terrible. Something terrible happened every day. Down to Display a resident it is underwear in the movie room. I could go on and on but if you really hate your loved one you will put them in this place.

We had been working with a different home for my Mom but after communicating with them a month found out she wasn’t able to go there because her POA was activated. She fell and was hospitalized and sent to rehab. We knew she could no longer live on her own and were need of finding a home asap. We met with the director of Lakehouse. She explained things throughly. I was relived to know she would be in good care and well taken care of. It was a very pleasant experience for me.
