I recently visited this community and only heard positive things from the residents. Everyone I spoke with had great things to say, and one resident mentioned that people there are genuinely happy living in the community. It also looks like management is doing a great job taking care of the property and keeping everything well maintained. Overall, it seems like a wonderful place to live.

Emerald Falls Apartments has a wonderful staff and they are constantly making changes to improve the building. I could see why there is a waiting list since it's a great environment! Also, it's close and convenient to "all the things" in Menomonee Falls.

I've recently visited a relative currently living at this facility. There have been numerous reports of bedbugs throughout the facility, and yet they continue renting out apartments while the bedbugs are still not exterminated.

I had two grandmothers that lived here. Once upon a time it was a wonderful apartment for independent seniors. Now, it is old, gross, and not kept up. Everything is dated and they have opened it up to an inappropriate mix of tenants to get more money. State has been called several times with concerns.
