Life at Regency is wonderful! I love my apartment, the beautiful view, and the layout. The grounds are well maintained and attractive, and the parking is excellent. I especially appreciate that parking is included.<br><br>There is always something to do at Regency. From Monday through Friday, the calendar is filled with activities and trips, offering something for everyone. The staff and maintenance team are friendly, helpful, and truly care about the residents. The people here make Regency a warm and welcoming place to call home. I also love that my dog, Bailey, is welcomed with open arms. Some of my favorite activities include karaoke, cardio drumming, strength training, tai chi, choir, and many other programs that keep both the body and mind active. There are so many opportunities to stay engaged, learn new things, and connect with others. I am so happy to no longer feel lonely. Moving to Regency has enriched my life, and I truly enjoy calling Regency home.

In 2019 I made the difficult decision to make a move that would alter the way in which I could remain independent.  A local promotion for Regency New Berlin came to my attention and I took a tour. Major expansion was underway and I knew the moment I entered the warmth of the lobby could be my new home.  I have light heartedly joked that living at Regency New Berlin is like being on a perpetual cruise ship. There is no lack of educational, entertaining, and creating internal and external events to satisfy a variety of individual interests.  Shopping, theater, sporting events, scenic rides, dining, museums, gambling. Ect. This well managed senior community does not disappoint as it offers all residents opportunity to care for body, mind, and spirit.
