My mother has been a resident at Elizabeth Residence New Berlin for 16 months and loves it there. The facility is beautiful, clean, bright and very well maintained. Her private room, with a bathroom, is large and very comfortable. They know her likes and dislikes and always treat her with kindness and respect.<br><br>There are activities regularly that bring residents and staff together for fun and enrichment. They even took her out to a Brewers game and arranged for her to meet her favorite player. It was the thrill of a lifetime for her.<br><br>Everyone that works there pitches in with whatever is needed. Communication is excellent and staff are always available to answer questions or address any concerns. They are owned and operated by a local family and the care and quality shines through.

My mom is a resident of Elizabeth, and I cannot say enough about the empathetic way the administration and staff care for the residents. They take the time to provide individualized care, knowing each person is unique in their medical, social, and emotional needs.<br>All of the locations are owned by the same family, and it floors me how loving the family and staff are, no matter which location they are in.<br>When families are faced with finding an assisted living location, it is so overwhelming. I recommend Elizabeth Residence without any hesitation.

Our experience with this assisted living community has been exceptional. The compassionate care provided to our Mother by the attentive staff made a meaningful difference for our family. The nursing team is responsive, and the resident aides are dedicated, caring, and always willing to help.<br><br>One of the things we appreciated most is the small, home-like atmosphere. It creates a peaceful, welcoming environment where residents are treated with dignity and genuine kindness. The administrative leadership is outstanding, with an administrator who is caring, approachable, and actively involved with both residents and their families.<br><br>We also deeply value the community's strong partnership with Badger Hospice, which provided compassionate, coordinated end-of-life care when it was needed most. We are grateful for the dedication and support of everyone on the team and would highly recommend this community to families looking for quality, person-centered assisted living.

Compassionate care! We moved our parents to Elizabeth Residence and can't thank them enough for their compassionate care and thoughtfulness.<br><br>They have gone above and beyond our expectations with their attention to our parents needs. Be it proactive action to secure transportation when we were in a tight spot to personally helping us move around some larger items, they stepped up! It's truly appreciated.<br><br>Their dedication to the residents and their families is so amazing and top notch. We found the right place for Mom and Dad! I spent almost every day for a year and a half at Elizabeth Residence in New Berlin while my husband was in their care, and I can say without hesitation that this place became a second home to me. Watching him live with dementia was one of the hardest things I’ve ever faced but the staff here carried me and the family through it with so much heart.<br>What I noticed, day after day, was how deeply they cared, not just with my husband, but for every resident. When his needs became more complex, they adjusted his care with real skill and patience, always keeping his comfort and dignity first. As his taste and eating habits changed, the staff would make him a meal he would eat. I loved seeing the activities that were planned and how the activity director kept the residences engaged and involved.<br>The caregivers communicated with our family and showed genuine concern for his health and well-being. Being there almost every day, I got to see the little things: a CNA remembering his favorite TV show, someone sitting with him just to talk and the warmth they showed me on my hardest days. They made me feel like a part of their family and that gave me the peace knowing he was truly loved and cared for.<br>I will be forever thankful for the team at Elizabeth Residence in New Berlin. They didn’t just care for my husband, they cared for me & family.
