As with any type of these places there will be issues, but I have to say when an issues arises they do a good job of taking care of it. A special shout out to the activities director Carly, she does a fantastic job of keeping the residents busy.

Some of the rudest staff I've ever had to deal with while visiting such a facility. On a recent visit, was given nothing but attitude when we asked for assistance with returning a resident to the facility and trying to bring them inside. Was told by staff that they weren't going to injure themselves to help us as they walked off. There's so much more to this story but just the attitude and lack of professionalism that we were met with, I'd never consider putting one of my family members in here.

My experience with this nursing home while visiting my grandfather was very upsetting. The environment felt tense and unwelcoming from the moment we walked in. The concierge staff greeted visitors with little courtesy, and the overall atmosphere did not feel warm or supportive for families or residents. During one visit, I witnessed an employee being spoken to harshly and yelled at in front of others, which was uncomfortable to watch. No employee deserves to be treated disrespectfully, especially in a place meant to provide care and compassion. The management staff came across as rude and unapproachable, which only added to the negative atmosphere. A nursing home should feel caring, respectful, and supportive for both residents and staff, but unfortunately that was not what I observed here. I hope leadership takes steps to improve the environment for everyone involved.

We moved into an Independent Living apartment in August. We are truly enjoying living at Robin Run. The staff and residents are friendly and welcoming. The management team is very open and helpful. They recently reconfigured the maintenance request format. We can submit maintenance requests several ways including on an app, which is very convenient. The maintenance staff are very efficient now. Everyone is working together to make improvements. They host a monthly meeting which is always well attended and informational. There are many activities available including a Resident Council who also report monthly and exercise classes for all. We have a music committee that is amazing. Lots of music options and concerts with both residents and outsiders. You can even go to practices. During December the committee arranged Music Moments during the dinner hour. It was wonderful. Come check us out!!!
