My sister Billie received the best care at Prairie Green at Fay's Pointe in Blue Island IL. The entire staff from front desk, management, nursing,cna,dining,hospitality, activity, physical therapy, etc. played a big part in her feeling welcome and enjoying daily living. The atmosphere is so pleasant. I give them 5 stars.

When I tell you this place is a place of compassion, patience, and a love for the work . Working with our senior population is not easy and only people who have a calling can do this work . I want to Say Pat and Silvia welcomes you with open arms and when you leave out of there you feel like you have been given a big hug. This place is a hidden Gem to the south side. I thank you in advance for ALL that you do!!!!

The management team does an excellent job with communication and follow-up, and they always take time to address any questions or concerns from our family. The staff is kind, patient, and truly dedicated to the residents’ well-being. It gives us great peace of mind knowing he’s in such a caring and supportive environment.
