Senior Suites of Gage Park is an affordable independent living community located in Chicago's historic Gage Park neighborhood, a culturally rich and close-knit area of the city. The community is part of Senior Lifestyle's Senior Suites, which has pioneered affordable senior housing in Chicago since 1995 and now operates 24 communities across the city in cooperation with the city government, serving residents age 62 and better.

Residents live independently in thoughtfully designed apartment homes with spacious floor plans and modern conveniences. Monthly rent includes heat, electric, and air conditioning (excluding phone, cable, and internet), along with access to common areas featuring TVs and on-site parking. Prospective residents must apply and qualify for rental rates based on availability and applicant income, and move-in requires only a 12-month lease.

Dining at Senior Suites emphasizes freedom and choice, with residents cooking in their own kitchens, sharing homemade dishes with neighbors, or visiting local restaurants with friends. Weekly grocery transportation helps residents keep their kitchens stocked. Outdoor patios and inviting community spaces give residents places to relax and connect throughout the day.

Safety and support are built into daily life through secure entry systems and electronic daily check-in services, along with responsive team members who provide peace of mind for residents and their families. The community also partners with outside experts who offer additional assistance and support as needed.
