very nice staff, my grandmother resides in the building and she loves the atmosphere !!!! weekly activities plus more great place for seniors

I have lived at Senior Suites of West Humboldt Park for 5 years and I am presently suing the Managers and the building for not making repairs to eliminate mold and for entering and searching my apartment without notice and without permission. Employees have entered my apartment while I was undressed. We have to put towels under our doors to keep the mice out. I am constantly being threatened with eviction for things I did not do (accused of letting women live with me) and for asserting my tenant rights to have privacy in my apartment. They act like they can come into your apartment whenever they want to.

I honestly have people living in that mice infected building. I’m working on getting them out. I personally had to get my own Exterminator and was told to not put poison down. I’ve called the city and every door has a two to three inch gap in it. THere’s no security and respecting of the elderly is non existing. This place is not worth it. Mice roaches bed bugs and lack of cleanliness. I’ll revise and put photos next time
