Monthly rent includes heat, electric, and air conditioning (phone, cable, and internet are not included), plus access to common areas with TVs and on-site parking. Residents benefit from services such as weekly grocery transportation and on-site maintenance, and dining is centered on independence, with residents able to cook in their own kitchens, share homemade dishes with neighbors, or visit local restaurants.
