I cannot say enough hood things about this facility. My grabdma was here for a short term rehabilitation stay and was treated with the upmost respect and dignity. All of the employees from the nurses to the case workers to the cnas to the meal staff to.the janitorial workers are all EXCELLENT. On the 2 days i couldnt come to the facility they called and kept me updated. They had a tea party, someone playing the piano and all types of activities and they included everyone. If you have a senior loced kne in need of a nursing home or short term rehabilitation services i highly recommend this location. God bless this staff for giving me peace of mind knowing my loved one is in good hands. If for some reason i am ever unable to take care of my grandmother safely and effectively i would have her return here. And their independent living section is absolutly beautiful, you would think you walked into a resort with all the amenities.

This is a review of the SKILLED NURSING. BEWARE! My mother lived there for over a year and had 3 accidents. She had 6 stitches in her leg, 12 stitches in her leg, and during last accident, she was left alone on her side and received 21 external stitches and 6 internal. My recent experience at this skilled nursing facility has been disappointing and concerning. Many certified nursing assistants (CNAs) frequently use vulgar language and curse openly in front of residents, which creates an unprofessional and uncomfortable environment. The nurses on staff appear disengaged and demonstrate little authority or accountability. Despite knowing that some CNAs spend time hiding or on their phones instead of assisting residents, the nurses rarely intervene or correct the behavior. CNAs also openly refuse to work with some residents with no consequences. Leadership is also lacking. The Director of Nursing seems more focused on bringing her dog to work than maintaining regular contact with residents or ensuring high standards of care. Additionally, many staff members appear more interested in taking leftover food home in MULTIPLE containers than in providing compassionate, attentive care to the people who live there. There are a few good people there. Denise the nurse and Ludi are kind and compassionate. I was there a lot. Please beware of this place.

I am primary caregiver/POA for my brother who has been a resident of Lincolnwood Place for going on eight years. Never have I felt the security and a sense of calm as his primary caregiver, until Lincolnwood Place. All residents are treated with the same respect, dignity, support, and, consideration. My visits to see my brother continue to be welcome and includive. His special needs are not anything unusual to the staff, and, communication between staff and me has been ongoing, smooth, and, cooperative. The grounds and building are clean, welcoming, secure. The apartment's needs, since he has been in the same apartment for years, have received the appropriate attention required due to normal wear and tear. Lincolnwood Place is an amazing opportunity for loved ones to live their best lives among some of the most amazing people and programs.

I have lived at Lincolnwood Place for five years as an Independent, the first three with my wife who was blind and needed Assisted Living. I was impressed daily by the kindness and skill of the RNAs and nurses and forever will be grateful for their kindness and skills.. After she died of lung cancer, I moved to a smaller apartment making sure it looked out on the beautiful courtyard. I would recommend this place to anyone. The food ranges between very-good and outstanding; the servers are cheerful and helpful. The whole staff of this place help create a friendly, relaxed atmosphere. I once dreaded the thought of living in an "'old folks home." I'm now grateful that I can and do. I'm 94, by the way,
