My husband is currently in patient care and rehab. The staff is above and beyond care, wonderful attitude, and helps each patient with a positive attitude. I wanted my husband to get the BEST CARE that he could get. I had a friend that was in this health and rehabilitation facility and I was in awe of how the facility was absolutely clean. Not knowing that my husband would need a facility for Health and rehabilitation due to major falls. Please consider going to the facility before someone in your family might need assistance.

My experience with Piedmont Health & Rehab has been very positive. The staff is professional, compassionate, and truly attentive to the needs of the residents. From the nurses to the support staff, everyone works hard to create a comfortable and supportive environment. What stood out to me most was how patient and caring the team is. They take the time to listen, communicate clearly, and make sure residents feel respected and well cared for. The facility is clean, organized, and the staff seems dedicated to providing quality care. It’s clear that the people working here genuinely care about the well-being of those they serve. I appreciate the kindness and professionalism shown, and I would recommend Piedmont Health & Rehab to anyone looking for a place where their loved ones will be treated with dignity and compassion.

I have been here since February 19th 2026. When I came in little scared heard things about nursing homes. I have to give great reviews on these nurses who went above and beyond for me and always made sure I was okay and they care about there patients the nurses are matt and Maria the Cna. I worked in nursing facility years ago, one thing I want to say is CNA make your patients feel welcome, care about them, im not saying all the CNA were bad but there were a few that were to be honest do not know all there names, when your patience have question plz listen or they need help plz plz help them. The Nurse Practitioner was very nice and always answer my questions and ever talked down to me. Thank you Desiree.
