UPDATE: I MUST revise my previous reviews as time has proven this facility is in DIRE need of proper compassionate care staff..not rude ones. Equipment that care staff is required to use for resident transfers, is old and seems unsafe!. Some residents are allowed to be violent toward care staff even if they are clear in mind. Such resident behavior should be address by social worker and their families informed of the behavior. This facility can't hold on to any decent care provider when they allow these issues and more to continue.

The facility was clean and organized. Staff was professional and really seemed to care about their residents. Response time to call lights and other residents needs was very quick. I was impressed.

Recently had a tour of this facility. Although smaller and older than most facilities in the city, it was clean and the staff very pleasant and well trained. Being a smaller facility would allow for better patient/resident one-on-one care. Director of Nursing was kind, informative, and very professional as well as the Administrator. No issues recommending placing a loved one in their care or seeking employment with them.

Had bad vibe soon as i got their head lady were disrespectful and didn't want to listen to what i had to say smh!!! So i didnt want my father their i wanted him to feel comfortable and me too!!!
