We hired Comfort Keepers for one night a week to stay with my aunt and it was a disaster. The aide, Angela, smoked inside without permission just after we had fumigated the house for smoke. Additionally she put on a television show that was offensive and made my aunt extremely uncomfortable. My aunt could not sleep the entire night because she did not trust Angela. After I called the manager Nicole to complain and also cancel any future services, she assured me that we would not be charged and the services would be cancelled. This was a lie and we were charged for a full two weeks. She was extremely unprofessional and upset my aunt greatly. Do not use this service if you care at all about your loved ones.

Angel Satterfield is one person(caregiver)who has been able to break boundaries with dad when I was absent and recently now that I am here to care for him. She motivates him to move. Professionally, she has been such a blessing in my father’s mental health which is declining. Please know how big my dad’s smile is now she is back.

We began using Comfort Keepers in May of 2017. From the very beginning we were in love with them. They were there to meet our every need. My mother's caregiver is Mavis and she couldn't have been a better match for our family. They truly have a good time together. She even does things for my mom that is not required of her. We feel as if she has become a member of our family. Unfortunately, my mother will be moving soon and she can't take Mavis with her. But if and when my mother does come back, I hope Mavis is still available to help care for her. I would recommend Comfort Keepers to anyone looking for help. ALL of their staff is very compassionate and caring and are willing to help where they can. We will miss them all. Vicki (daughter)
