My mother (Marie Denise) was in hospice care at Trinity Oaks for ten days. She left us on Tuesday 12/16. Nurses Lisa and Mary were very cordial to my sister and I during this supremely difficult visit. I took that final call from Lisa that morning and she conducted herself with a blend of professionalism, empathy and decorum which made that sledgehammer of a call as soft as it could be under those circumstances. Thank you for your services.

I moved here 8 months ago. From the very first day I was made to feel welcome from both resident and staff. Any problems I may have had with my apartment or self were quickly handled to my satisfaction. Yesterday I celebrated my first birthday here. From morning to evening I received so many "Happy Birthdays", so many smiles. At the end of the day I truly felt this was my home among this huge loving family. I lived in another continuing care community before coming here. Let me tell you, "Trinity Oaks is the best".
