Cadence Mooresville is such a welcoming community! We recently came in for a tour and had a great experience. Amy Newman, the Executive Director, was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and clearly passionate about what she does. She took the time to walk us through the community, answer all of our questions, and really explain how they care for and support their residents. You can tell she truly cares about the people who live there and takes pride in the community she leads. The staff were all so welcoming and kind, which really stood out. Everyone we passed greeted us and made the environment feel warm and inviting.

If you are looking for a place for a loved one to be taken care of, loved and feel like home then this is the place. Cadence of Mooresville made my loved one feel like they were at home. It all starts with their amazing Executive Director Amy Newman, who takes a hands on approach with the care of my loved one. She always is around for questions and gives direct and most improtanly honest answers. Even when i didnt want to beleive how my loved one was doing, i respected the honesty because in the end it was what was best for them and made them happy. Her staff is amazing from the everyday care takers to her leadership team. They are always around to ensure the utmost care and attention to detail is followed. Such a diverse group of people that brings such joy to the community. I always enjoyed walking in and being greeted by someone whether it was the concierge or her business office manger, Nicole. Had plenty of conversations with her to ensure everything was taken care of so that my loved ones care never faltered. I cant speak enough of this place and how well my loved one was cared for that i would highly recommend them for anyone looking for a place for a loved one to call home.

My goal in looking for a senior community, specifically memory care, was to find a community that is engaging, kind and felt like home. Cadence is the only community that not only checked all of those boxes but also has management with care team experience. They value the benefits of music, interaction, outings and celebrations … and do they celebrate !!! 🎉 Cadence feels like a house vs a business with separate spaces for the residents to wander and choose how they want to spend their time such as the art room, music room, media room, etc. The staff are loving, actually kind to each other which creates a nice environment and want the best for the residents. My family member came in during a memory care director transition. The new director is bright eyed, eager, adored by the residents and goes above and beyond to make their daily experiences engaging. That energy flows through the rest of the care team. There is no replacement for home and no community is perfect for everyone. But there is not another community in the Lake Norman area that competes with Cadence Mooresville.

Took a tour looking for a place for our 90+ old parents. We were very impressed, so much so, that's where we've decided as a family, that's going to be their new home. Josh has been great. Follow-up has been great. He definitely has a calling and a heart for helping people.

Working in senior living, I know exactly what to look for behind the scenes. Cadence Mooresville is a standout. Their care team is compassionate and proactive, and the support staff creates a seamless, welcoming atmosphere. It’s a high-quality community that I feel completely confident recommending to families and colleagues alike.
