From the door an all around this facility the customer service was exceptional. The residents spoke an invited me to hang out an participate in their activities an offered to share their lunch. They had rave reviews for their Executive Chef who is Kerry Anderson an spoke highly of his patience an willingness to listen even if the conversation isn't about food!! I was even told he was a new breeze an a delight with his creativity in the kitchen an his staff. It's a beautiful an well taken care of facility. I appreciate my visit an the residents

My mom lives at Williams Place. The management is attentive to the needs of residents and caring well beyond what is required. Excellent facility, caring staff, and more to do there than can be imagined. Bravo Williams Place!

With one exception Williams Place offers a marvelous place for "Gracious Living." The property is lovely, the apartments are comfortable, the staff is helpful and friendly, the activities are fun, the location is lovely, the residents are friendly and welcoming... BUT the food, with menus created by a far away office, is not so tasty and does not live up to the excellence of the rest of the Place.
