Amada is amazing! My husband Bill received care from them in his last few months and we could not have been happier with every aspect. Scheduling adjustments were efficiently handled. Caregiver assignment was extremely consistent so we could get in a comfortable rhythm and they knew each other really well, more like a member of our family than a service provider. Caregivers are truly off the charts, kind, generous, and capable. Everyone is compassionate and professional and goes above and beyond. Brad even helped with LTC claims after Bill passed. I enthusiastically recommend Amada for any senior caregiving situation!

There just aren't words for how thankful I am for Amada. Through Amada, my father is given the absolute best care that I could possibly imagine. Caretakers like Jenny have become family to us because they really care about the patient and their family. Every single one has been extremely thoughtful, proactive, compassionate, patient, kind, skilled, depemdable, and knowledgeable. I am forever grateful for how they have taken care of our family. They are seriously worth every penny because you will not get this level of care everywhere. Thank you Brad and Gwen!

Brad met with us at first and then assigned Katie to take care of our family member. She became a member of our family. She knew how to get him to cooperate and how to occupy his time and showed him the respect he deserved. He was well taken care of and was content with her care. When he needed more care than she could provide, we missed her. The business part of his care was done professionally and easily. I would highly recommend Brad and his staff.

Brad was caring, thoughtful and very helpful. He reviewed our long term care policy and presented the information very clearly and this really helped us to think through some of the complicated issues of long term care. They don’t tell you what to do but give you the information to think through next steps. We appreciated the time Brad. The services Amanda offers cover the continuum of exploration all the way to care itself. It’s helpful to know they are there as a resource to help navigate the process.

I was referred to Amada by a good friend of mine who has been working with Amada for the last two years for in-home care for his mother and only had great things to say about Brad and his team. I reached out to Brad to help review my in-laws’ long term care policies and their current assisted living arrangements and needs for more care. Brad was beyond helpful and cared about them and their quality of life from the start. The way he was able to explain their LTC policy for them was unreal. Great people that care about your loved ones and take the time to help above and beyond!
