My brother was there and it was not a great place. The nurses seemed nice enough (at least the one or 2 I saw when visiting) but really short staffed. How do I you run a facility that does not have adequate hot water for all the residents to get a shower? Or working a working toliet in the room? Trying to talk to an administrator or owner was a joke, always told they are not available and they don't respond to email or messages. I feel sorry for patients that don't have a family member speaking up for them. I would check into other options.

This place is sad, the amount of care that is not provided as it should be is ridiculous considering the staff went to school to care for people. Every time you go in the staff is sitting around playing on their phones. My father spent over a month in a private room with a non working toilet, which was addressed to the front desk, the social worker, the buisness office manager, the director of nursing and the administrator (Tim, whome ignored my emails). The staff just dumped urine in and couldn’t flush it causing the entire room to smell of urine. My father also has a gluten allergy, which the staff was aware of from day 1 and they continued to cross contaminated and feed him daily causing him to have an allergic reaction. The food they serve is the furthest thing from nutritious I have ever seen, not to mention is served cold to residents. Their water heaters are old, and need replaced, they can not even provide all residents with hot water on their scheduled shower day. It took over 2 weeks after being admitted for my father to finally get a shower because they were logging it in the books that he would get one when in reality all they were doing was wiping him down with wipes. Do not take your family member here!
