Terra Bella Lake Norman, NC is a blessing to our family. Mom is well-loved, and always looked after. She enjoys helping with the outdoor gardening and landscaping around the premises, and Nicole Caruso has been great to support her by providing her gloves and tools. The TB Team offers the best care in our area, and for this we are grateful. We would recommend Terra Bella to any family seeking the very best accommodations in the Lake Norman region.

Most of the staff are salesman or woman that draw you in with a focus on your primary needs and then skip what is needed in return, not informative they do not tell you everything that you should have or necessary steps regardless of qualifications and income. They will leave you on the sidelines if you do not complete things in their time frame but they notice you within 10 to 15 days of move in on the things that you need. If you voice your concern or opinion you will not hear from them ever again. That's the tip of the iceberg.

I recently transitioned my mother from SC to the Lake Norman facility and I wish I could give 10 instead of 5 stars for all the support and attention to detail TerraBella has provided these last few months. I have been in contact with Nicole Caruso over the past year. She always kept me up to date on site amenities and availability and never made it feel like anything other than getting help & support from a family member. Upon my mom's arrival she was welcomed by the staff and care attendants and introduced to more "friends" that have purposefully & intentionally helped her feel "at home". The professionalism of all the staff, the cleanliness and attention to detail by the maintenance team, and the overall supervision & management of the facility are noteworthy. My wife and I feel truly blessed that we have TerraBella to help us during this time with mom.

I recently toured this facility and I am very pleased with the cleanliness and friendly staff. Everyone I encountered was polite with an upbeat mood which was a breath of fresh air. The facility is well maintained, and has a very “home like” feel. After touring many assisted living centers, we will be calling Terra Bella home! 🩷
