Terra Bella is so inviting when you enter the front door. The staff is very professional and caring. Karen in admission is amazing and takes care of potential residents from beginning until move-in. She is wonderful with residents and families and makes them feel at ease during the entire journey. I highly recommend Terra Bella ALF.

I’ve had the opportunity to work closely with TerraBella Lincolnton, and I can honestly say their team is wonderful. The staff genuinely care about their residents and go above and beyond to create a warm, welcoming environment. Every interaction I’ve had has been professional, compassionate, and resident-focused.<br><br>What stands out most is the sense of community they have built. Beautiful place to spend your last days. I did a tour with Karen and discussed getting my aunt and uncle residency. She was so detailed in telling us about TerraBella. So many good amenities along with the perfect private apartment. What more could anyone want in receiving the care they need. Even though it didn't work out Karen still offered to help us in anyway if we should need her.

The staff at TerraBella has been absolutely amazing. Our move to their facility had to happen last minute and from another state. Everyone there was incredibly helpful throughout the whole process and since my loved one’s arrival. Her transition to her new home was seamless and she loves her new home. I highly recommend this facility to anyone looking for an assisted living for their loved one.

Went to visit my grandmother in the memory care unit. When I walked in, I seen nothing but smiling faces. A staff member by the name of “Tee” was there. She was singing and dancing. Other residents including my grandmother, were holding microphones and dancing. It was amazing to see. I told “Tee” how much appreciated the joy she brings to them. She was extremely friendly. You can really tell she is passionate and cares very much for her residents. I spoke with the Med Tech “Sarah” she was great too. She answered all my questions. I had so much peace when I left. I could have cried tears of joy. It’s hard to find placement for loved ones, but it brings a lot of peace to know they are loved and taken care of.
