The staff at Lincolnton Rehabilitation Center (LRC) are Very caring, skilled and passionate about providing each resident with excellent care and services. From the Owner and CEO downward through the corporate structure and into LRC- their service standards include sincere appreciation for all, hearing everyone's needs and responding quickly, and having a caring approach in everything they do. These positive attributes and many more are continuously evident in the care and services provided by staff. Over seven months, I witnessed many employees 'going the extra mile' in their services to residents. And, were always mindful of the needs of families and visitors. I highly recommend LRC for taking care of your loved one.

Lincolnton rehabilitation is an amazing facility! Both of my parents have had rehab at this facility and both able to walk out the door! My father was 85 at the time and my mother was 70. Both at different times both broke hips. Doctors told us my father might night be able to walk with out a walker or long periods of times and wouldn't be able to drive his corvette again but with the amazing team at Lincolnton rehabilitation he is able to do all of those things! My mother was back to work in 40 days after her hip replacement!! Thank you to an amazing team!!!

My grandma has been to Lincolnton Rehabilitation before, and now that she’s back for a second time, it truly feels like we never left. From the moment we walked in, she was welcomed with open arms, which means so much to our family. The staff goes above and beyond to make patients feel comfortable and cared for. The nursing team is amazing—always attentive, kind, and professional. The food has always been good as well, which makes her stay even more enjoyable. We’re so thankful to have such a great place for her care and recovery!

I can’t say enough great things about Lincolnton Rehabilitation Center. My mother has stayed here before and is now back again for rehab, and both experiences have been wonderful. The last time she was here, they helped her recover and get back home, and we are confident they will do the same again. The nursing staff is truly amazing—so attentive, compassionate, and always willing to go the extra mile to make sure patients are comfortable and well cared for. The housekeeping staff are just as impressive—friendly, kind, and they keep everything clean and welcoming. And the food? Surprisingly delicious! It really makes a difference knowing she’s enjoying her meals while she’s there. We feel so lucky to have such a great place for my mother to receive physical and occupational rehabilitation. I would highly recommend Lincolnton Rehabilitation Center to anyone in need of quality care for their loved one.

I cannot say enough good things about Lincolnton Rehabilitation Center. My great aunt has been here since my wife transitioned into the business office, and moving her from another long-term care facility was the best decision we could have made. My kids are able to visit often, and every time they come in, they are greeted so warmly by the staff. A special shoutout to Nurse Carol on the 300 hall, who is always so attentive to her residents and truly advocates for their care. My grandpa also stayed here after a major surgery, and the rehab team went above and beyond to help him reach his goal of returning home. We did have a few concerns at one point, but Nurse Heather took the time to really listen to us, communicated clearly, and followed through to make sure everything was addressed. That meant a lot to our family. My wife recommends this facility to all our family and friends, and I know it’s because she sees firsthand the level of care and dedication given to the residents every day. If you’re looking for a place with a caring, family-friendly atmosphere, this is it.
