Such a great “home” environment with energetic and compassionate staff. On the second day of living there, my dad said he felt better than he had in months and the staff treated him like family.

Following a recent tour of Serenity Family Care Home, led by the Activities Director, Amanda, I was highly impressed by the facility's exceptional cleanliness and aesthetically pleasing environment. The quality of the building and the evident care taken in its upkeep strongly suggest that Serenity Family Care Home would be a suitable and comfortable assisted living facility for a loved one. I was particularly impressed by “Home atmosphere” detail that stood out, the spacious common areas, the resident interaction, the overall atmosphere. My overall assessment is overwhelmingly positive. Exceptional care and compassion! The staff at this nursing home are incredibly attentive and professional making a warm and welcoming environment. The facility is clean and well-maintained, with excellent medical care and engaging activities. Communication with staff members is top-notch. Highly recommend for peace and comfort of a loved one
