My mother in law is a resident at Trinity Ridge. The staff here is phenomenal. From the front desk to the different residential halls. They are very loving, caring and helpful with all the residents. We wouldn't want her anywhere else.

The staff on the 700 hall are wonderful, even when they are understaffed they do their best to go above and beyond for the resident’s. The facility is always clean and does not have the usual “nursing home” smell.

This place always smells fresh and clean. Walking in at the front desk Trina is always friendly with a welcoming smile and the other lady I don't know her name she wears her hair pulled back... these two are top notch. They both make you feel like family . I think every good thing happens at the front desk of any facility or business. They are both kind and knowledgeable. The CNAs and nurses are very caring. Everyone there keeps me informed about my mother's care and changes.

Please don't send your loved one to this place. My mother was only there just nearly over two months and in that time she got two UTI's and three beds sores. One on the back of each leg and one on her butt. Ask yourself ...What does that say about them? I fought to get her in Trinity because I had heard nothing but good about them but I soon found out they really don't care about your loved one. It's only about the money! They look good and sounds good when you talk to them and act like they are listening but as soon as they leave you they forget about you and your loved one. They have forgotten what their purpose is for. And have spread their selves so thin trying to get more money and recognition that the part of taking care of the elderly is lost. You might find a handful that are there for the right reason. The rest are just a waste of money. My 97 mother past while there and I can probably say without a shadow of doubt it was the worst two months of her whole life. And mine! God See's all! Knows all! I pray for their souls. And on top of all that we never heard one word from them about how sorry they were for our lost. Not even a card. Just a bill statement for the last mth. And we didn't even owe them anything. Point proven!!!

the food was worse than the hospital,my mom had a stroke an cant use her right side,noone offers to help her open anything.her food tray brought in an left for her to cut stuff up,open things that requires 2 hands for me,.honestly everything is over priced.from shampoo to the rooms. 10,000.00 a month for semi private room more for private.and there is nothing special about them,small t.vs,out dated furnishings.if its a nonprofite place where does all the money go then?
