ZERO STARS! BEWARE! I DON'T EVEN KNOW WHERE TO START! The website could not be more misleading if it tried. THIS PLACE IS A Friday june 19 2026. The filthy floors are so dirty and STICKY it's sounds like you are walking in wet paint. The 1950s cement beds cause chronic pain and make so much noise that it's unreal. Diatary is a joke, lies to you, incompetent and the food is beyond NASTY. Dinner at 730pm Hotdog cold and a scoop of coleslaw. Cheese sandwich is served often lm told. If your food is wrong or you need something else, the kitchen is already CLOSED... The toilet is shared by 4 people. The elderly lady in my room sometimes waits 2 hours for them to come get her out of bed to use the toilet after turning on her light. They dropped her in the shower and the next day she asked 4 different people to look at her open wound and was ignored all day by everyone that said they will come look at it. After l went down to the nurses station where they were having their party and told them about her arm they finally came and put a bandaid on her arm ,didn't clean it didn't look at it just covered the remaining old bandaid with the new. When l arrived for my short physical therapy stay l was greeted with fake smiles and when l got to my room there was hair and dirt on the pitiful old dark blue bed blanket and the floor was absolutely littered and sticky. I was cleaning the surfaces in my area with Clorox wipes to protect myself and the "person in charge" KELLY came in and said WHAT ARE YOU DOING. l replied wiping stuff off, she said WHERE DID YOU GET THOSE you can't do that and l have to take your wipes and lock them up! I said why. She said because someone could come in the room when I'm not there and DRINK THE WIPES. !! I said DRINK THE WIPES? She said yes. I couldn't make that up..and the nasty look on her face was so mean and hateful. She grabbed my expensive new wipes and took off with them! I UNDERSTAND RULES BUT SHE COULDN'T HAVE BEEN ANY MORE NASTY about it. In the room the bedside table was across the room and no tray table either. No clock on the wall. I also have no remote and the second TV don't work she said.....They said they couldn't move the bedside table over by the bed until maintenance got back on Monday and approved the move. Again l couldn't make this up...Im in such shock. This is my second visit to a nursing home for physical therapy and within an hour l was already figuring out how to get out of here. Now it is 440am and l have not slept all night due to the bed being a torture device hard as cement and uncovered steal tubes on the side from where the rails used to be. See photo. Im leaving in a few hours, l did not even last 24 hours here. I have a HUGE HEADACHE from no food and no sleep AT ALL. Im calling my insurance to make sure they don't pay this dump for more than one day and lm taking more photos on my way out and reporting this lying deceiving dump to all available places. I was told after the fact that lt recently changed owners and it is now horrible, and that it USED to be a nice place. My surgical dressing is supposed to come off tomorrow and l shower. Im taking a cab out of here in a few hours because there is no way l will let this filthy incompetent hell hole expose my incision in here, or touch me for that matter! She has waited an hour now to go pee as l write this review and l can't even help her. How busy can they be at 507am???? Im risking injury on my body to leave this horrible place. My blood pressure is so high from this torture treatment that my incision is blown up like a balloon. I can't help this poor sweet lady who is on lasix go pee. She said her tail bone feels like a piece of raw meat but she is stuck here bc of her insurance...She is compliant and sweet bc she wants to go home so bad! THEY DON'T CARE AND THERE IS NO HEALING IN THIS PLACE. BEWARE🤮. I made it home, l was there less than 24 hours. My swelling down .Called Insurance and made report, will make other calls Monday.
