I absolutely love this home health company! The staff is incredibly kind, understanding, and genuinely cares about both their employees and the people they serve. It’s rare to find people in healthcare today who are this compassionate, supportive, and authentic. From day one, I felt valued, respected, and appreciated. The team goes above and beyond to make sure everyone feels heard and supported, and that makes all the difference. I recommend Cornerstone Home Health. The care we received was excellent, and the caregiver who assisted my husband was wonderful. We needed a couple of months of 24/7 care for a family member who was transitioning from independent living at home to assisted living in a facility. One of the family member's doctors suggested we contact Cornerstone Caregiving and we are very glad we did. The management and caregiving staff at Cornerstone were amazing partners in taking care of our family member. We provided probably more detailed care notes than they needed, but they paid attention to everything. There were very, very few minor issues (schedule changes, mostly) at all during the couple of months they provided care, and any time there was an issue, Cornerstone's director was on it quickly and had things resolved within an hour. The caregivers who were assigned to our schedule were all on time, communicative, and very caring in a difficult situation. Our family came to be very fond of them. They were instrumental in making certain things went well when our family member suffered a sudden decline in health (nothing they had anything to do with, and she's doing well in a nursing facility now). This kind of caregiving is a tough job and it is a constant source of worry when you have to engage with it, but Cornerstone's folks make sure you're informed and assured throughout. Thanks so much to the entire crew at Cornerstone. We highly recommend their services.

We have been using Cornerstone since 12/25 for our mother. I have been so pleased with their service and Nancy is a blessing. She is so patient with our mom and mom loves her so much. Ben and Samantha in the office are first rate and very professional. They answered all my questions and give me all updates concerning our mother. I highly recommend Cornerstone Caregiving.
