My mom spent some time at Lakes of Monclova for rehab in early 2026. The rehab facility was great. PT and OT helped my mom regain mobility that we weren't sure would gain back. We are eternally grateful for Lakes of Monclova and the staff. What a blessing. I will recommend this facility continually.

The receptionist that work the phones here are the worst any business could ever have. Called several times yesterday & this morning and no one answers, and once someone does answer they put you on hold for as long as your willing to wait, hours maybe and still no one answers. Obviously they have plenty to hide at this establishment and don't want the public to know. I have directed the Ohio Attorney General to investigate this in all areas of business, something is not right here.

The staff and nurses here showed amazing compassion and kindness to my mom during her final days. As hard as it was for her to not be home, we were comforted that she was in great care!
