Nurses and the aides don’t care about residents. I’ve heard people screaming for help and nobody reacted. We have experienced absolute chaos that’s happening on the second floor. Bedside manners of Carolyn is horrible. Disrespectful and rude. When my mother in law was admitted the nurses and aides didn’t listen to her screaming and asking for help. Avoid that please at any means.
