I’ve been a resident here at King’s Pointe for about two years. I absolutely LOVE living here! I have a very spacious, two bedroom apartment with modern appliances and stackable washer/dryer unit. The building is pet friendly, which is a plus for my little dog Rio. Our Property Manager works very hard to assist us in resolving any issues or maintenance repairs promptly. Our maintenance man is awesome! I feel very safe living here, as the apartments are handicapped accessible and equipped with grab bars in bathroom and walk-in shower. There are also emergency pull cords in the apartments to summon help as needed. A new security system was just installed and requires a code to enter the building. As previously stated, I find the property to be quite safe. There is a coffee shop, beauty salon/barber shop , fitness room and community room for the use of all residents and there are great activities planned weekly. This apartment community is very convenient and close to shopping, grocery stores, restaurants, pharmacies and medical/dental care. As a senior, over 65, I find this apartment community perfect for my needs. Rent includes all utilities and basic cable TV, which I find very convenient, as well as affordable. It’s nice to be able to make one monthly payment to cover rent and utilities. I have made many wonderful friends here including both residents and staff. I would definitely recommend this senior apartment community to anyone seeking a safe, comfortable and convenient new residence!
