Simmons is a nice, peaceful, clean community with friendly neighbors and on-site staff that cares. The apartments are small but very nice and modern. Not completely sound proof, but that’s to be expected when you build and take shortcuts to save money. There’s no shortage of activities if you want to be involved and sociable. Bethany is the property manager, who is Awesome! She’s super friendly, caring, attentive and works hard to take care of the property and tenants. I appreciate that she stays in communication with us and is responsive. Michael is in charge of Maintenance and like Bethany he too is a Rock Star! He works so hard to make sure everything runs smoothly, responds quickly to requests and does so much to make this a really nice place to live. My one complaint would be that there needs to be more than 2 staff members, it’s too much work for 2 people to handle. It would be awful to see them burn out and move on. **Cloverleaf, I hope you’re reading this and will bring on additional support, at least part-time. Invest in your staff and work to keep this a wonderful, affordable community where you’ll have renters who want to live here long term. **UPDATE: We had a snow/ice storm last evening. Bethany leaves us all a message this morning saying if anyone needs help getting their cars out, they’ll shovel around our cars! A neighbor told me that Michael deiced her car so she could open her doors!! MICHAEL & BETHANY CONTINUALLY GO ABOVE & BEYOND!!!
