Foul, unsanitary and dilapidated building with lazy nurses and aides. I am absolutely flabbergasted this place can pass a health inspection. We pulled my grandma out of here it was so bad. ALL she needed was a month or so to learn how to walk, these lazy fools couldn't teach her a thing. Within one week of being back at home we had her walking with a walker and using the bathroom on her own. At this facility they would let her sit in a soiled diaper instead. Run away from this dump. Your loved one WILL probably go down hill fast if you leave them here. I had the feeling my grandma was going to die. Best thing I did was pull her out of this hellhole. About a week before we left the director Haley, (complete joke of a person) tried to have me sign a waiver saying I wouldn't sue them if something happened to my grandma and that I would handle it with a 3rd party instead. I laughed in her face and didn't sign it. This entire place is run by complete failures, I can count on one hand how many GOOD employees they have. Sickening place.

TERRIBLE Place to send your loved ones. We have been in a new place now for 1 week after spending 2 months here and already see such a HUGE improvement . The care was okay, but could be better. My step dad was left in wet diaper, cloths and bed for long periods of time. He was left in his bed for most of the day , unless myself, husband or therapy got him up and walking. Family did laundry , but somehow cloths always ended up missing. I can count on one hand the aids and nurses that really do care for their patients. Now for the administration , TERRIBLE!! They lie, lie about therapy reports , lie about insurance claims lie about insurance appeals. They do not turn in important paperwork needed to the insurances causing deadlines to be missed. When confronted they lie and say their fax machine was acting up. After a few days, and I mean just a few days of being there the director came to us and basically said my step father was a vegetable and where he was physically and mentally , was the best we were going to get. “ We needed to take him home” Yet with a little bit of hard work, dedication ,encouragement and a new facility he is up and walking. I’m not sure what her definition is of skilled nursing but it’s not what she provides. I would not recommend sending your loved ones here If you want to see change improvement and your loved ones get better.

My grandmother was out here after a surgery and since she was there since day one it was awful. If you care about your loved ones do not leave them here. My grandmother was not given multiple of her medications while she was there in which they had. She had her own clothes she came there with and they were washing them and giving them to other patients. It took to the day she was leaving in which she was there 10 days for them to find one outfit. She also brought all her medication with her and they lost them all cops were called and nothing is being done. When multiple family members were trying to get in contact with anybody nobody would return calls or there was never anybody to speak with in person. If I could give negative stars I would. On the first few days she was here she wasn’t give proper meals she could eat being diabetic and having no teeth to chew certain foods. She asked multiple times for a food menu and explained to them how she couldn’t eat certain foods. So instead we as her family had to buy food from the store and take it up there almost everyday to make sure she was eating. She would stay awake and call us to cry due to the fact how she was being treated there!

They don't even deserve 1 star, they don't give two craps for their residents or there personal belongings. It takes them forever to answer a call light, my husband fell many times cause he had to use the bathroom and no one showed up. They wait to long to send the resident out for urgent care. I went to go pick up my husbands personal belongings and half of his stuff is missing, . His electric razor, his red blanket. I wouldn't put my dog in this place and they never have help which means the residents suffer more gone.
