This is a great place! I haven't been able to enjoy it much being inpatient at the VA Ann Arbor after three hospitals in Toledo to stabilise my lungs after breathing my food in. I should have bought a continuous pulse ox monitor/alarm. Hopefully I'll get a second chance at life with a new lung. Good people, good facility. They are so friendly, like families are. Special shout out to Trish and Beth. They've checked in to get the scoop.

I love living here and have since I moved in six months ago. The residents and staff make it feel like home. Everyone is kind. They offer a variety of activities to keep you busy-crafts, music, social hours, you don’t have a chance to get bored. You get the help you need while still living an independent life.

Melissa and Tricia were amazing to work with. I visited them while looking for a safe location for my 89 year old moth. They found a room for her the next day! Melissa's efforts exceeded my expectations; she and the staff were extremely accommodating and made mom feel special. In addition, I found the staff and residents helpful, caring, respectful and genuinely nice people. I would suggest The Commons to anyone looking for a senior living community

I've been here for about 2 months now. I LOVE it here! Everyone (staff and residents) are all helpful, caring, and fun to be around! There's always something going on, either going to good will or the dollar store or going to a free concert at the park. Or you can stay in and play bingo with your friends or have a social hour in the cafe or watch a movie in the community room with all of your friends! I'm so glad that I made the choice to move here to be with my new friends! So if you are looking for independent living a 55+ community, come and check us out here at the Commons in Perrysburg, Ohio

My name is Jay Carr. I absolutely love everything about The Commons! It started with Melissa Redmond showing me around even though I stopped in without an appointment. She was so kind and patient with all of my questions I had about the living arrangements for my mom. Melissa then spent time with my mom and I again when I brought her on a later date for my mom to see the place. My mom loved the layout and how she could still be independent there but could also have meals with soon to be new friends. The meals…. The food is FANTASTIC! Iif you know my mom, that is a huge compliment and a huge load off my mind knowing that she has healthy and delicious meals available. They have plenty of activities and outings to keep her more than busy if she chooses. Their other accommodations of ordering groceries and transportation that we haven’t taken advantage of yet but it is a peace of mind knowing that when that time comes for those services, it is there for her. I wish I knew about The Commons years ago! Moving my mom was hard for both of us but this transition has been much easier with the staff that cares and attentive but still gives her as much independence while also keeping her safe. Truly a blessing to be a part of this family!
