Beautiful place to keep Seniors who are sick and need extra attention.The buildings are new... very well furnished equipment .. clean rooms and smartly dressed stall..as well as great customer service representatives. Good security as well as plenty parking lots.

ZERO STARS. What my father endured at this facility was outrageous, dangerous, and completely unacceptable. The level of neglect he suffered was not a one‑time mistake. It was a pattern of disregard for his most basic needs. He was repeatedly left without help for toileting, ignored after pressing the call light, and found sitting in urine because no one bothered to assist him. He went days without a shower. He was left cold, undressed, and vulnerable. This is NEGLECT, and it is inexcusable. The staff’s indifference was staggering. There was no urgency, no accountability, and no basic human compassion. When we raised concerns, we were met with excuses, delays, and a complete refusal to take responsibility. Essential paperwork and required faxes have been delayed for days, directly interfering with his care and transfer. They are so clearly trying to delay his transfer so that they can continue to rob him blind, and WITHOUT even performing services. No family should have to fight this hard just to ensure a loved one receives the bare minimum of care. What has happened here is unacceptable, and people deserve to know exactly how this facility treats vulnerable residents. DO NOT let your loved ones get trapped in this hell hole. These people are soulless and demonic.

I recently toured Majestic Care of Perrysburg and was beyond impressed with the cleanliness of the facility, the friendliness of the staff, and how updated and beautiful it was. The new Administrator met me personally and showed me around. I would highly recommend this for anyone needing care.

My dear family member stayed here. We loved Connie! She’s very genuine and caring. I hope you recognize her as the asset she is. Grateful for all the kindness from staff. Unfortunately, there seemed to be some…confusion regarding effective communication. We believe there was a slight delay in treatment. We understand the nature of the beast, but it didn’t inspire confidence. However, no harm no foul. The facility could use a little bit more coziness. It felt a bit institutional but we also know that’s how it goes.
