This is my second time using this wonderful facility. The employees, everyone from nursing to food services to transportation and PT are all kind and caring.They all know you by name. That is the most important piece of staying here. There are activities to suit every interest. The food is tasty and once a month they have an outside entity come in. I have had Chinese, pizza and even KFC! If I ever need a place to recover again this will be it! Talk to Charles if you ever need anything.

I was a resident at the Genoa Retirement Village for approximately 4 weeks and was in need of rehabilitation. I can honestly say from the time I started my rehabilitation until I was ready to go home, I received the best of care. The Staff beginning with the Administrator Charles,the nurses, the nurses aides, the cooks, all the kitchen help, and the therapists went above and beyond to meet my needs and make me more comfortable during my stay. I would highly recommend Genoa Retirement Village to anyone! Thank you, Kenneth Pfaff

I have been a resident for almost a year. This is a great community to be at. I have been on both sides for rehab and currently reside in assisted living. Both have taken very good care of me. All the staff have really gone above and beyond accommodating my needs and making the entire process easy. I can't thank Charles in admission enough for assisting myself and my family through the entire process. Made everything easy. The nurses are helpful and caring, housekeeping always keeps everything nice and clean, the food delicious, and always have entertainment on Friday for good times. I would definitely recommend this place to anybody.

My dad, Larry, was at GRV for 80 days. He arrived immobile & was walking with the aid of a walker at his release. The therapists were patient & kindly persistent. The nurses & aides in Hall 300 were attentive & compassionate. The admin staff was helpful navigating insurance & the transition to home. The center has engaging events planned all the time & the food is delicious, too. Our family is forever grateful to this terrific staff for everything they did to support Larry! Thank you!
