***They changed their name from Ayden to this new name be aware they are terrible***especially the fake lady up front that's all pretty and acts like she cares about you til you live there***A few of the workers are good people . This place is filthy it stinks all day everyday as you walk past the rooms you can smell urine or someone sitting in their own waste. They let people in and out to smoke all hours of the night. Have some of the grungiest looking and dirtiest room. Bugs in the common room . They will ignore your needs feed you the wrong food for your certain diet you should be on . Literally have seen it with my own eyes .. I stayed there for a week and decided they have to discharge me I can take better care of my leg wounds than they did.. seems like a place where some that don't have anywhere to gocone to live . I have seen people screaming and begging for nurses attention literally.. a 21yr old as I was leaving was begging for his diabetic meds he was up to 400 on his sugar levels and they really told him that he can wait til that night mind you it was like 11a.m These lady's that run the place up front put on a nice clean image with a constant air pressing device going cause they know that place smells bad. They are they to take the money for your insurance all they all are about. That's for sure. I wish I could give them a -5 stars . This place needs to be checked out and fixed it's not fair the way they treat some of the people that are stuck there. They are in my prayers. !! Ruunnnnn awwwwaaayyyy!!! Don't go to this place ever . Like ever!!! Dedra s. And one other nurse was soooo sweet and a great help .. the rest are a giant joke.

I give marybeth 5 star shes a wonderful person care respect: constantly asking if there's anything I can do for you. Shes a wonderful access to Hayden dont let her gooo.

I went to visit a friend. The first time I was there I was truly impressed by the clean smell. And there was hardly any lights buzzing. I was a nurse. And believe me I am totally impressed. I take John coffee and a snack 3 ×s a week. Only thing is the weekends is hard to get in. Because the people that work there have to let you in and out. His sister lives in Cleveland and they stay in touch with her. God bless

It's not even worth 1 Star my nucle is there now for rehab and they just made him lose his apartment by taking his check and next will be his phone and they don't check on him he called me at 4 am for me to wake up to someone yelling at him today when I went out to see him he smelled really bad his hair was matted and it need washed
