Everything during my stay so far has been great.. service, staff, Izzie social worker assistance in answering my questions. Both therapist were great. Food is okay would give it an excellent but needs improvement

My stay here was good. You would have been a 5 except for the food. The staff was very attentive and helpful. The social worker Izzie was very helpful in explaining things. I told her from the get go that my plan was to discharge and she made it happen. You can count on me to return in the future if I need more rehab but I will be going home

Tiffany is the best thing Orchard Villa had going for them. Once they disbanded her unit, we saw just how careless they were with everyone’s loved ones. They get a 0 out of 5 from me. If your loved ones are there, get them out.

I had a brief stay after my mist horrible experience. long call light waiting times always had attitudes iwas left my bed wet for an aide while entire shift she refused to do her job kept hiding to avoid working just don't send your love onbe here if care about them I wish I could give zero stars

My grandmother was in this facility for about 6 weeks. We were very unhappy with their lack of cleanliness and insufficient care she received. When she would push her call button it would take a very long time for staff to respond and that’s if they responded at all. When walking around the facility it was hard to find staff and you could hear call lights beeping everywhere. She had to go to the hospital for chest pain and when we went to her room 2 days later it had never been cleaned. Full garbages, dirty diaper laying in the bathroom, dirty clothes lying everywhere etc. when our family decided she would not be going back there after discharge from the hospital the facility said they would have her stuff boxed up for us and when we went to get it nobody knew what we were talking about and her room was still in complete disarray with dirty clothes, diaper, and dishes scattered throughout the room. Please do not send your loved ones to this facility.
