I have a relative that is currently there, so I visit there, don't like that fact of no way of getting in and out, doors always locked

If you have family in ridgewood manor nursing home. Move them to a different nursing home facility the employees are lazy. My dad is at the hospital with a bedsore that became infected down to the bone and might need back surgery from improper care. They’d refuse to change his diaper. My 5 year olds fist could fit in the sore that’s how big it is!! And they stole from him and plenty more. I’m livid and heartbroken by the way they treated my father.

Ridgewood was wonderful to work with. The admissions process runs smoothly and the therapy is fantastic. They’ve done great helping my aunt with her mobility. Nurses are really nice as well so that’s always a plus if I’m counting on them to take care of my family

While the entire team was dedicated and kind, the therapy team truly stands out! From day one, the therapists were not just focused on recovery goals; they were focused on personalized goals. They take the time to understand exactly what the resident needs to safely return home, whether it was improving balance for walking or regaining dexterity for daily tasks. The environment is always motivating and encouraging, even on tough days. If you are looking for a place where the therapy team is dedicated, highly skilled, and genuinely compassionate, I wholeheartedly recommend Ridgewood Manor.
