Please do not bother putting in your reviews or complaints because this building does not care. It should honestly be shut down do to the lack of compassion and understanding that the DON lacks and corporate and regional have been notified MULTIPLE times. The DON has run out any management team member that cares about the residents. She wants people to sign their names on documents that they shouldn’t and lie to the state surveyors. My mom is a resident and she loved the housekeeping supervisor, said supervisor did not lie to surveyors about broken things and the regional had her escorted out of the building and banned from their properties. The maintenance men are hired in without full knowledge on how bad the building is. The new admin would rather sit in his office “delegating” his tasks to others than dealing with them head on. And the poor social worker was dumped on constantly by other departments. There is no activity department to even keep the residents occupied. They either play bingo or drink coffee and gossip and that is the extent. I wouldn’t send my pet rock to this place let alone a loved one. Now we he “business development” manager reads these reviews and responds to them but she is a tiny troll who does not care about anyone other than herself. She’s visibly disgusted by any residents she has to come in contact with. I hope this building gets turned around or shut down so these residents can have a good quality of life.

Great therapy department! Patients bring themselves down because they enjoy the atmosphere.

The staff that works back in memory care are phenomenal. They are a strong team that takes care of the patients and work together! Now the administration team that's up front starting with the DON(Mandy Johnson) she is unprofessional, not a team player, manipulative and FAKE! I was my mother's advocate until her passing. I randomly did pop up visits because this particular team now,(admin) does not get on the floor when the facility is short staff. Administration turnover is very high. When you advocate for your loved ones, this leadership team wants to try and cover up their wrong doing and pretend they don't know anything about any said incidents that may have occurred with your loved one! Just be mindful of your decisions when it comes to your loved ones.

My sister in law currently a resident. She has not had been given medications, She has not had a shower. She is not given a renal diet as prescribed. Linens and personal care not complete. Her clothes have been lost. Exercise equipment not wiped down between clients. They will not help her with transportation home and she cannot walk. The air conditioners are not working. They do not read paperwork after dialysis and she has missed scheduled appointments.

My friend is a difficult person because she is ill and today when I visited she was sitting in a puddle with her pants around her ankles crying and needing help. She had no cell phone in her room that could be located nor did she have any other way of getting ahold of anybody and no one came to her assistance as I came and left and came back again. Its a disgusting way to go out. Shame on you folks who work there.
