Staff wouldn’t give my grandfather his home cardiac medication. He couldn’t work with PT because his heart rate was too high because his medications weren’t given. No investigation done of why his heart rate was consistently too high. They wanted to discharge him because of this with no safe discharge plan. 10/10 would not recommend.

I cannot speak highly enough about Harrison Springs Health Campus. From the moment we brought my mom here, we have been impressed by the attentive, compassionate care provided by the entire staff. The nurses, aides, therapists, and doctors are not only professional but also genuinely caring. They are incredibly supportive of both my mom’s needs and mine, always willing to go the extra mile to ensure her comfort and well-being. The staff’s happiness in their work is evident, and it creates such a warm and positive environment. The facility also offers a variety of fun activities for residents, which my mom thoroughly enjoys. The physical and speech therapists are exceptional—kind, patient, and truly invested in mom’s progress. Their sincere concern for her health and happiness means so much to us. Our family has had a long-standing relationship with this facility. My husband received subacute therapy here about a year ago, and we formed strong connections with many of the staff members. This familiarity and trust were key reasons why I chose this facility for my mom’s full-time care. It has been the best decision, as the high quality of care and support we experienced then remains consistent to this day. I am deeply grateful for this wonderful team and the positive impact they’ve had on my mom’s life. I wholeheartedly recommend this facility to anyone seeking compassionate, professional care for their loved ones.
