Not a great place for rehab. My pops went and hardly got to do any actual physical therapy he would have been better off coming home and just doing daily activities because he was in the bed and or sitting in the wheelchair most of the time. It was stinky always and some staff were rude and mean to him. There were good staff too but in my opinion that doesn't make up for it.

My Grandmother was here. I couldn't have asked for a better place for her. The staff was so friendly they were like an extension of family. The facility was always clean and when an issue were to arise they were quick to respond. If I have slither loved one that needs care I would use them again.

My father’s experience at this facility has been extremely concerning. He was placed in a diaper without medical need, despite our objections, and his urinal was taken away—resulting in painful bed sores. Even more alarming, staff failed to administer all of his prescribed medications, including a critical medication for graft-versus-host disease. Missing this medication puts his health at serious risk and could reverse his progress. The facility is not clean, which is especially dangerous as he is a transplant patient with a compromised immune system. We have repeatedly requested a transfer, but administration has dismissed our concerns. He was admitted for therapy, yet physical therapy is only available twice a week, which is inadequate. As of today, he’s only had OT once since Friday. There is no care on the weekends. We have been asking for a transfer and they keep dragging their feet and today they had the audacity to tell my mom the administration was out for the week! Overall, this has been a very disappointing and unacceptable experience. Families should be cautious when considering this facility.
