So I did not see the facility myself. My 5 stars is for the staff. Alexis is gold and if she ever leaves they are gonna have a hard time filling her shoes. I am thankful for her and her help with my mom's stay. All those I spoke with were very helpful and made this transition a lot smoother than I expected.

I cannot say enough great things about Katira, the Admissions Director at Kith Haven Nursing & Rehabilitation Center. From the very first conversation regarding my grand mother , she was professional, compassionate, and incredibly responsive. She made what could have been an overwhelming process feel smooth and manageable. Katira truly goes above and beyond. She took the time to explain every step, answered all of our questions with patience, and made sure our family felt supported the entire way. You can tell she genuinely cares about the residents and their families — this isn’t just a job for her, it’s a calling. Her communication was excellent, her follow-through was on point, and her warm personality made a stressful situation so much easier to navigate. If you’re looking for someone who is knowledgeable, kind, and dedicated, Katira is absolutely that person. Kith Haven is lucky to have her! Highly recommend working with Katira if you’re considering Kith Haven — she’s truly a gem.

When you have to make the difficult decision to place your loved one in an assisted living facility, it’s already emotional and overwhelming. Having someone who shows compassion, patience, and truly goes the extra mile to answer every question makes all the difference. That’s exactly what I experienced every time I spoke with Tiffany. I called several times, and not once did she make me feel like I was bothering her. She was kind, understanding, and took the time to make sure I felt comfortable and informed. Her professionalism and genuine care made a hard situation a little easier, and for that, I’m truly grateful.
