Just moved in..not familiar enough with the facility to make an informed decision about the quality of the car..but as far as housing Goes...they take it very seriously! No Doubt!

Bed Bugs every other month or at least quarterly. I have a family member, well over 80 years old, that lives here, and it is ridiculous that bed bugs are constantly found. They have bed bugs in the common areas which is easily transferred to your apartment. The carpets in the halls seem to have not been cleaned in a few years. Maybe they are spot cleaned but every time I visit, they look the exact same. I will do comparison photos from now on. Also, there are cloth chairs in the hallways and in the lounge area. At this point it is a risk to even do laundry. Paying over $1800 and still being inconvenienced every other month is unsatisfactory. The owners should do better as we know the on-site management only controls what they are allowed. We are constantly paying more and receiving less. The food service has drastically changed since my family member moved in and we offset it by sending them food. The concept of these places is great if maintained with the care they want us to believe they have for the elderly but what I see is abundantly the opposite. At this age no one wants to move, and most will endure but the owners should do a better job. What if it were your loved one?
