Been here four weeks. Bo in PT was great. Overall I have no complaints about Therapy. The food was pretty good. Of all the places I have been, this is the nicer place. Only wish I had a bigger bed and better temperature regulation.

My wife's mom stayed here for weeks. We were very impressed with the staff and the facility. The place was always clean and looked like the staff cared. The amount of PT and OT she received was great and helped speed up her recovery. We want to thank AJ, Jessica, Summer, Brendon, Rasherra and Anisha to name a few. All the staff was great and so many we cannot remember all the staff.

I noticed a lack of supplies when I asked for things I needed. The shower was not working in my room. Nursing and therapy were excellent. Nurses Shawn and Carter were great. Therapists Brenna, Izza and Crystal were excellent and helpful. Ms Art and Deborah in cleaning were wonderful. NP Milena was helpful too.

The entire staff at Evergreen rehab was Excellent Patient and Kind I loved the place. The Cena's and Nursing was great I know they short staffed sometimes But they got the job done! Hats to All of Them Theapy was the best, they were patient gentle and kind, but most of all encouraging when I felt I couldn't do it. That OT Keysha had me moving when I thought I couldn't she lifted my spirits cause I was going through it. That lady deserves a Big Fat Raise, she's great at what she does with All the people. In comparison to other places I've been in Evergreen is the best ❤️ I highly recommend Evergreen. Last but not least Hats off to the cleaning crew they keptmy room sanitized and very clean!!!

I want to say I came to vist my sister at Evergreen and I just so happened to be able to observe her therapy. She was working with a therapist named Keysha OT and a PT name Aj. They were wonderful, she was really pleased and thankful for their services because she's going home tomorrow. Overall she said she the facility was a good one. Especially the ice Cream and that Famous chili dog.😊
