I am extremely pleased with Cranberry Park. It started with Robin who made the admission process and every detail about move in easy and seamless. The staff- Micah, Simone and others have been very friendly and attentive. The building is very clean and well kept. Eric, one of the owners is onsite most days and so helpful and willing to do anything to ensure that my dad is taken care of and happy. I have been really impressed with the whole team.

Delores, Robin, Crystal, Dr. Kathy and the staff at Cranberry Park are AMAZING. My loved one was progressing in the disease process and in need of doctor oversight, a smaller environment and more attentive care. The staff and leadership are in invested in each resident demonstrated by their personal commitment to excellence. After months of stress, worry and concern, I am finally able to relax and know that my loved one is being treated as if she were a family member with respect, dignity and care. It is not just a job for the Team at Cransberry, it is a calling that they each take personally. Today, my loved one is not just surviving, she is thriving and doing well. What a turn around. I'm grateful and thankful!

I highly recommend Cranberry Park in West Bloomfield. The staff is truly amazing—kind, attentive, and always on top of the care. The building is consistently clean and well-maintained, which brings great peace of mind. The food is also wonderful and clearly prepared with care. It’s comforting to know that residents are in such a supportive and well-run environment. Thank you to the entire team for the excellent work you do!

My mother in law is in memory care at cranberry park and i couldn’t be more impressed with their caring and the facility. Crystal , Robin and Delores lead an excellent support staff who are passionate about their work and keeping the residents in good spirits. I would recommend Cranberry Park to anyone considering extra care for their loved ones
