My mom needed rehab to gain strength after a fall and hospital stay. I chose Optalis because of the reviews. And I will say I was impressed by the people. You can tell it is a good culture. Everyone says hello. We were created by a multi-disciplinary team of experts who set expectations of the stay. The PT and OT team and facility was great. The nurses helpful. It may not be the most luxe but pictures, but the staff teamwork and attitude make up for it.

My mom was at Optalis Troy for rehabilitation, and today she transitioned to long-term care. I would like to sincerely thank the entire staff for the exceptional care, kindness, and support they provided during her stay. Everyone was friendly, respectful, compassionate, and always willing to help, making a difficult time much easier for our family. A very special thank you to Aga, the Admission Director, who did an outstanding job coordinating my mom's transition to long-term care. Her communication was excellent throughout the entire process, and she was consistently professional, compassionate, respectful, and incredibly helpful. She truly went above and beyond to ensure everything went as smoothly as possible. We are deeply grateful for the outstanding care and support provided by everyone at Optalis Troy. Thank you for making such a positive difference during this important transition.

I went with my grandma, she had some health issues and concerns that we wanted looked at. I’ve never seen a more reliable amazing supporting stuff. They know how to brighten up the mood, make sure the patient is properly taken care of and treated with care. From the front staff to the nurses I truly appreciate Optalis for what they did for my grandma and the excellent service/care we were provided

We are pleased that Amy and Aga put me in a nice prive room they are so sweet and professional. Therapy here is great Ancy, Holly and Dila are great. And oh lord the nursing staff are wonderful giving me my meds on time. CNA are just great. They have some good food here as well. Thank you Optalis Troy.

I soon will be discharged. I will be here nearly 6 weeks for medical treatment. I find the staff kind and friendly. There are so many to mention but I want to say thanks to Miriah one of my great nurses. To Latoya and Judy, two of our wonderful nurses aides. From the cleaning staff to the kitchen staff they did everything to keep our room neat and us fed. And to therapy who are sending me home stronger then before. So many to mention but thanks to J, G and A. I was so nervous when I first came but everyone went out of their way to me feel safe and comfortable. I'm happy to be going home soon but this has been a positive experience for me. I want to thank everyone who took care of my needs, gave a smile and made my stay a healthy situation. Kathy
