Great place for care and therapy the staff is very caring, food is great. I've been to other rehab places and this place stands out number one and have amazing people who wants to get you better. Overall I give them a 10 star and I would recommend if your looking come here.

So I visited here yesterday. I was greeted by the receptionist at the desk named Sophia. Sophia was very professional and pleasant. She assisted me with the information that was requested. There was complementary coffee in the lobby for you to drink. I needed assistance with that and Sophia pleasantly come from around her desk and got everything that I needed. I appreciate her for doing an excellent job with her customer service and for taking of things for me. Thank you Sophia. You Rock!

Experience has been great here the staff has been great I feel i have improved so muc. Food is good facility is clean. Out of all the rehab places i've been at this is the best one thanks to everyone i would reccomend to family, friends or anyone looking for a good place to come to.

This Octalis location has been neglecting the care of my grandmother. She was supposed to be getting showered AT LEAST twice a week, and she did not get one for TWO WEEKS until I spoke to the supervisor. I was told that sometimes they wake patients up at 2 AM to shower them, which is poor practice for a facility where people are recovering and rehabbing, as sleep is so important to healing. I have also been told by the family of another patient that a family member has been going to shower their loved one because the staff has not been. This is unacceptable, particularly for a facility that is meant to be rehabbing people. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

The dialysis is exceptional, therapy is great, nursing staff and aides are amazing. Some great staff I would like to mention how great they have been with my husband I am so grateful and appreciative of these wonderful angels nurse Shameka, nurse Taneka, unit Mgr. Vanessa, nurse Kenya, nurse assistants keyera, brandi, unit clerk/dialysis transporter Quiana, dialysis transporter Katrina, and therapist Julie and Michelle, social worker Cianna and concierge Keisha. It's rewarding and a great ease of relief to know my husband have had the overall best experience. I would definitely recommend optalis of sterling heights for therapy and care.
