Beautiful grounds and daytime environments are great but the night shift needs help!! I would not recommend leaving anyone at this facility simply because of the night shift behavior! Needs investigations done to find out why such a vast difference! My care was decent there for rehab but very disappointed in my treatment at night! Grateful to be home!!!

My mother-in-law was in this location and had a stroke and was paralyzed on her left side. One of the workers dropped her and she cracked her skull open and had to be operated on. She died several months after that from repercussions of that fall and nothing was done to this place! It’s horrible place. Don’t put anyone in there. I would post pictures, but they are very gruesome

The head therapist named Jo or Jo Ann, was literally telling a family member that he needed to get better and improve or he was going to get kicked out.<br><br>Will say the front desk people couldn't have been nicer or more accommodating. Sean who helped with intake was amazing, and even followed up with us after hearing about the bad experience.

I stayed @ Delmar Gardens West for rehab. They were all wonderful from Richard the administrator he helped in do many ways and Marcie the social worker went out of her way in so many ways she even followed up when I was discharged to make sure I was alright or if I needed anything. The rest of the staff was terrific also. The food was good or if I wanted something special they would do their best to accommodate.
