We are waiting on UPMC to reassess my care givers hours so at this time all I can say is I am waiting to see if he can get more hours & pay otherwise no comment.

FreedomCare is great! They are friendly and very helpful. They are very clear and understandable. The only line course is easy to follow, and if you come across any issues, they will help you through it every step of the way. I really like working with FreedomCare. They have helped both my brother and I to care for us. Thank you FreedomCare!

Saw the commercial. Called for qualifications. Was told. 100% you can be your Son's caregiver. WRONG Why does your organization not know Missouri guidelines? A parent or guardian CAN NOT be a caregiver unless they relinquish parental rights. WAS NEVER TOLD THAT BY ESSICA OF FREEDOM CARE Missouri. I specifically asked this over and over and was told oh yes you can be your son's caregiver. Why ??? I went through the background check. 2 hour evaluation. 2 hours on phone with state of Missouri. Gave all my personal information to the payroll company freedom care uses. Set up an account so I could get paid. Only to be told in the final stage oh you cant be his caregiver by DHSS. Why doesn't freedom care let parents know they are not eligible??? When I called to ask why my time was wasted, personal info shared and lied to. Essica disappeared??? From the reviews looks likes old Essica ghosts and upsets a lot of people on here. Great employees 👌 I could reach no one from Freedom Care ?? Great customer service. You should state that in your thousands of daily commercials. You say any friend or relative can be eligible. NOT TRUE. Id leave zero stars if I could.

Freedom care is absolutely ridiculous I am the daughter of my mother who was in desperate need of a caregiver. I was DENIED as her daughter to provide care for her due to one criminal charge that occurred 19 years ago!!! Remind you it was not a violent thing crime it was a dumb choice I made as a teenager. So due to that they denied me!!! Since then my mother has unexpectedly passed away. THANKYOU FREEDOM CARE FOR ALL OF WHAT YOU DID NOT DO!!!!
