My husband was there for rehab for him having a stroke. He also had dementia so he would forget all the instructions. They had one wing shut off for the covid patients. I ask if it was safe to visit for xmas. They said it was safe. Everyone that visited him for xmas ended up in the er for the flu. I was in ice. My husband died from the flu. Now I get a bill for 105 dollars. They lost his dentures and clothes and shoes. They should owe me around 5000 dollars. Should I really pay this 105

Do not waste your time!!!! I just got word my family in St. Louis just had to get their loved ones out of here it's true they only want beds filled. A bedsore untreated and no answers to how , when and proof of treatment or acknowledgement of the sore. I just happened to read some of the reviews and decided the world needs to know that these allegations are real and they didn't listen hopefully we can save someone's family member from being neglected and yes the D.O.N. never returned their calls and was very nonchalant when they brought their concerns to her. DO NOT AND I MEAN DO NOT PUT YOUR LOVED ONES HERE !!!! THIS PLACE NEEDS SHUT DOWN !!!! MANAGEMENT IS THE WORST I EVER MET AND THE STAFF IS RUDE?!!!!! I WAS VISITING AND OVER HEARD THEM YELLING AT A PATIENT AND LAUGHING MAKING FUN OF ANOTHER. WORST FACILITY I HAVE EVER BEEN TO!!! NEEDS SHUT DOWN!!!! Pen and paper cover bruises , scars, rudeness and a lack of love ........LETS STAND FOR THE ELDERS AND DISABLED RESIDENTS!!!!! DELMAR GARDENS ON THE GREEN NEEDS INVESTIGATED!!!! Close THEM DOWN THEY ARE FULL OF LIES , DECIET AND ABUSE!!!!! DELMAR ON THE GREEN WAS BETTER UNDER OLD MANAGEMENT!!!!

I AM A WITNESS THE PLACE IS INFESTED WITH ANTS , WHEELCHAIRS ARE SO FILTHY AND ROOMS ARE DIRTY!!¡!!! THE COVER UP AND FAKE SMILES DON'T TRUST THEM!!!! STAFF IS VERY RUDE AND MANAGEMENT ACCEPTS IT!!!! Wow Administrative WALKED OUT DELMAR GARDENS OF CREVE COUER SOLD TO ANOTHER COMPANY!!!!! D.O.N NEEDS TO GO AS WELL!!!!! DELMAR YALL GOT ME DO NOT RETURN TO ALL OF YOUR FACILITIES WHEN I WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND!!! I HAD A SEVERE CAR ACCIDENT AFTER THESE REVIEWS THINK YALL ARE RESPONSIBLE I'M BACK THOU!!! I could not be happier with the facility and the staff. I want to give a big shout out for Carrie Wookey. I moved both of my parents from another facility into Delmar Gardens on the Green. Carrie helped make their move quick and seamless. My parents are very happy with the facility and the staff. Thank you all for everything you do for our loved ones. Dave Heller
